JOB DESCRIPTION
•This is NOT a home based business… this is an outside sales executive position that is run from your home office!!!
•No Franchise/Distributor/License Fees – No Products to Buy
•This is a true 100% commission Independent Contractor Opportunity
•Consultative advertising sales to local, regional and national businesses representing a locally owned company; print magazine
•Maintaining advertising accounts long term and building relationship
•Networking and promoting our media within the local industry
PERKS BASED ON MONTYL SALES BILLING
 
QUALIFICATIONS
This position is for true entrepreneurs who have solid advertising or direct outside sales experience. This is NOT an entry level position. You must have a proven OUTSIDE sales track record in Hampton Roads that is varifiable. You must be able to prospect clients, qualify the decision maker, get the sales meeting, present the advertising opportunity, and handle all objections then CLOSE THE SALE! It also is a plus if you have a client base.
 
You do the local sales and marketing… We Do The Rest!
We Provide Everything You Need:
•Magazine Layout Design, Printing, distribution 
•All Marketing Materials (business cards & stationary, media kits, sales contracts, rate cards, magazine samples
•Full Billing/Invoicing and Collections of all accounts done by us – We are your administrator
•Circulation List Development
•Magazine Distribution
•Initial Orientation and Ongoing Support
•Leads provided
 
COMPENSATION
Our company offer an extremely generous compensation program including:
•Commission on all new and renewed sales agreements. Up to 40% of gross monthly.
•Year end bonuses based on sales
•Multi-market and national advertising sales commissions
•Perks based on monthly sales billings
