We are looking for a real Senior Account Executive. Is that you? Senior means you have been through the trenches. Not your first rodeo.
You have the battle scars to prove your worth and you've distinguished yourselves among "salespeople."
This is NOT an entry level position. If you're just starting out please look somewhere else. We are looking for only the BEST and we know
how to take care of them. This is for a professional sales person who's tired of calling on low-end businesses that
don't have two nickels to rub together. Deal with high-end business owners who understand the importance of reaching our
demographic. These are the ones that will make you money.
We need to increase sales in our current footprint in Virginia Beach while pre-selling our new magazine for launch in North Beach.
Position reports directly to the President of this eight-year-old media company with all the support you need to be successful!

JOB DESCRIPTION
• This is an outside sales EXECUTIVE position.
• Consultative advertising sales to local, and regional businesses representing our locally owned company; print magazine
• Maintaining advertising accounts long term and building relationship
QUALIFICATIONS
This position is for someone who has solid advertising or direct outside sales experience. This is NOT an entry level position.

Most of the "Great" salespeople have someone to do their paperwork and detail work so it allows them the time they need to sell and make money.
We work for you. We act as your administrator. You sell we do the rest.
We Provide Everything You Need:!
• Magazine Layout Design, Printing, distribution
• All Marketing Materials (business cards & stationary, media kits, sales contracts, rate cards, magazine samples
• Full Billing/Invoicing of all accounts done by us -- We are your administrator
• Magazine Distribution
• Initial Orientation and Ongoing Support
COMPENSATION:
Our company offers an extremely generous compensation program including:
Commission on all new and renewed sales agreements sold by you. You receive commission each month your client stays in the magazine and pays their bill.
30% of gross monthly on your sales. (most media pays 18% but not us!)
Car Allowance
Year End Bonus based on sales.
Perks based on monthly sales billing.
